Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by itmerce, including consulting, e-commerce solutions, software development, automation, maintenance and support.

2. Contracting party

The contracting party is itmerce, Payman Mir, Munich, Germany. Contact: Info@itmerce.de.

3. Services

The scope of services is defined in the respective offer, service description or individual agreement.

4. Client cooperation

The client provides all required information, content, access and approvals in due time.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are based on the agreed offer. Invoices are payable within the stated payment period unless otherwise agreed.

6. Rights of use

After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights of use for the delivered work results.

7. Liability

itmerce is liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information confidentially.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
